Delivery For the picture Frame Industry - Midlands Area We can deliver on 5 types of vehicle. Vehicles A, B, C, D, and E, anywhere in the UK mainland. For The Picture Frame Industry - National We can deliver on 4 types of vehicle. Vehicles B, C, D, and E anywhere in the U.K. mainland. For The Glass Industry- Midlands Area We can deliver on 3 types of vehicle. Vehicles A, D, and E. For The Glass Industry- National We can deliver on 2 types of vehicle. Vehicles D, and E. VEHICLE "A" 3-3.5 tonne Renault Master Vans, covering a 50 mile radius of Wolverhampton. Delivery is guaranteed within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the order, although 50% of deliveries are dispatched the next day. With the Picture Frame Industry, the driver will carry the product into the premises to a storage point of your choice. With the Glass Industry, the driver will pass the products off the van to the customer and the customer will then carry the product into their premises. A minimum delivery of £30.00 plus V.A.T. applies. Contact the transport department for your minimum delivery requirement. VEHICLE "B" 1-24 tonne Rigid Box Lorry with a 2 tonne Zepro tailift. This vehicle also has a 1.5 tonne pallet truck enabling the driver to offload the crate/pallet via the tailift. If the floor is flat the driver can even push/pull the crate/pallet into the customers premises if their door is wide enough. For the Midlands Area, a minimum order of £250.00 is required, National, a £500.00 minimum is required providing we are in that particular area. Contact the transport department for further details. VEHICLE "C" 1-25 tonne Curtain Side Lorry with a 2 tonne Zepro tailift. This vehicle also has a 1.5 tonne pallet truck. This vehicle can be offloaded via the tailift with the pallet truck or from the side with a forklift. This vehicle is ideal for the volume contractor who generally has his own forklift. Unloading this way is far quicker than using the tailift. For the Midlands Area, a minimum order of £250.00 is required, National, £500.00 minimum is required providing we are in that particular area. Contact the transport department for further details. VEHICLE "D" 1-17 tonne with sliding sides and roof and a 2 tonne Zepro tailift. This vehicle can be used for both of the industries. For the picture frame industry, we can offload either by tailift with the pallet truck or by opening the side for offloading via the forklift. For the glass industry we can use this vehicle in 2 ways. The glass is carried on an "A" Frame. For loose loads, the driver passes the glass off the lorry to the waiting customer. For full end caps/ crates, the side/roof is slid back so that the goods can be offloaded by a overhead crane. For minimum deliveries on this vehicle, contact the transport department. VEHICLE "E" 1-32 tonne vehicle fitted with a 5.6 tonne Atlas crane. This vehicle again can be used for both industries. For the picture framing industry, it can be offloaded by forklift from the sides or via its own crane. For the glass industry, either its own crane or the customers overhead crane can be used.
